Auto insurance rates are expected to climb 5% this year, according to Insurify. But a consumer group says many insurance companies still owe drivers refunds for driving less during the 2020 pandemic shutdown.
“We have changed insurance companies probably three times. Four years and no accidents, so we’re like, Why is it so high?” wonder drivers Patrick and Lisa Bennett.
